Patrick Perry

Patrick Perry is a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney. He has practiced law since 1981, and has extensive jury trial experience in many types of accident and injury cases, including medical negligence and product liability. He has successfully litigated cases against many large U.S. and international corporations, including car and ATV manufacturers, tire companies, interstate trucking companies, and insurance carriers.

Mr. Perry graduated from the University of Florida with high honors in 1978, and from the University of Florida College of Law in 1980. He achieved civil trial law certification from the Florida Bar by conducting a significant number of jury trails and successfully passing a board certification examination. Mr. Perry specializes in personal injury and wrongful death claims.

Mr. Perry is AV rated by Martindale Hubble, the highest rating for legal ability and ethics. He has been honored with the James L. Tomlinson Professionalism Award given to a member of the Eighth Judicial Circuit for displaying professionalism and ethics in the practice of law. He is a member of the Florida Justice Association and the American Association for Justice. He has been admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court Northern District of Florida, the U.S. District Court Middle District of Florida, and the U.S. District Court Southern District of Florida, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Perry has served on the Eighth Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Committee.

Mr. Perry has practiced law in Gainesville for 31 years. He and his wife, Pamela, have two children, Christina and Patrick. His father, Robert R. Perry, served as a circuit judge for 12 years and is Mr. Perry's inspiration for the practice of law.
